The term “We” refers to Digimap.ph, the provider of this website and “You” as a user who accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this website.

Eligibility

As a user and to place an order within Digimap.ph, you must beat least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may place an order within Digimap.ph only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product Information

All material and information relating to products presented by Digimap.ph is intended to be used for personal educational or informational purposes only.
Product claims or descriptions on Digimap.ph have been provided to us by relevant brand owners or pursuant to customers review and Digimap.ph has not independently verified such claims or descriptions.
All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, and guidelines
We make the best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on Digimap.ph are accurate based on the information provided to us by the merchant/s, we do not guarantee and make no representation or warranty that the descriptions, colors, information, pricing, promotions or other content available on the website is accurate, current, complete or free from error. Digimap.ph may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Delivery

We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested in your order.
We will attempt to notify you if the delivery will be late, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
We deliver in our standard packaging. You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

Transaction Cancellation, Refunds and Product Returns

Transaction Cancellation

Orders that have been paid cannot be canceled by the Customer. Digimap does not serve Customer claims for transactions that occur as a result of Credit Card misuse. Customers are required to maintain and be responsible for their respective credit card ownership.

Digimap will only process customer transaction cancellations due to out of stock, system errors, product specification detail errors without incurring any fees.

Refund

The time for refunds from Digimap to customers is:

Transactions using credit cards require a refund process of 7 -10 working days.

Transactions using Bank Transfer or Virtual Account require a refund process of 7 -10 working days

Product Returns

If the product is received by the customer and a product defect is found (navigation does not work, scratches on the product, etc.), the customer can request a replacement for the same product by attaching the following data:

Must attach an Unboxing Video when the customer receives the order
Please do not activate the device when checking.
The device you want to exchange must not be activated. Devices that have been activated cannot be exchanged for any reason
Please attach the purchase invoice so that the validation process can be carried out
The above provisions apply 1x24 hours after the order status is received by the Customer.

We will attempt to address your concerns and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. In the event of a complaint, it will help us if you can describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable; send us copies of the order or at least the order number that was assigned to you in the order confirmation.

Other causes beyond the control of Digimap.ph

In the case such events should occur, Digimap.ph may temporarily be unable to deliver the goods you have purchased, you will be given the option to delay delivery or cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

Waiver

No failure or delay by us or you in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right or extend to or affect any other or subsequent event or impair any rights or remedies in respect of it or in any way modify or diminish our or your rights under these Terms and Conditions.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions (or any rights, benefits or obligations) by operation of the law, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Digimap.ph, which may be withheld at Digimap.ph's discretion.
